摘要
针对小型机组粗轧机减速箱齿轮点蚀、断裂损坏频繁问题,对轮齿断裂形式及承载受力状况进行了分析计算,找出了损坏频繁的原因,并采取增大齿轮模数、齿宽,以及提高齿轮加工装配精度等措施,使减速箱承载能力得到有效提高。经过经一年的生产实践证明,改进后的减速箱运行使用状况良好。
The article introduced the problem of frequent the gears appeared pitting and fracture of roughing mills reduction gearbox or wire-rod mill,By means of the calculation and analysis of the gears fracture mode and the actual stress,found out to damage the multifarious reason,and adopt to enlarge the wheel gear mold number and breadth of gear and raise the wheel gear to process to assemble the accuracy etc.measure,Make decelerate the machine loading ability to get to rise availably.Through a year of production practice the certificate,improve the empress of the deceleration box circulate to use in well condition.
