头孢曲松钠不良反应文献研究

Analysis of 246 Case of Adverse Drug Reaction Ceftriaxone Sodium Reported in Domestic Medieal Journals

目的探讨头孢曲松钠所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法检索CHKD期刊全文数据库中1994—2008年国内医学期刊报道的246例有关头孢曲松钠不良反应(ADR)的个案报道,并对其用药方法、剂量、ADR发生的时间分布及类型、临床表现等进行统计分析。结果用药过程中发生ADR138例,用药后发生ADR108例,过敏反应181例、其中过敏性休克80例,涉及消化系统32例,循环系统16例,泌尿系统16例,神经系统13例,呼吸系统12例,血液系统8例,其他21例。结论头孢曲松钠ADR的发生与用药剂量、时间及个体差异有关,临床医生应重视头孢曲松钠ADR监测,合理用药,减少ADR的发生。

Objective To research the regularity and features of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） associated with ceftriaxone sodium and to guide rational drug use.Methods The ADR of ceftriaxone sodium were reports in 246 patients coming from national medical journals from 1994 to 2008,their use,dose,time distribution and type were analyzed.Results 138 patients had ADR during receiving ceftriaxone sodium,108 patients had ADR after receiving ceftriaxone sodium.There were 181 patients with abnormal reactions,80 patients with anaphylactic shock,32 patients with gastrointestinal reaction,16 patients with circulatory reaction,16 patients with urological reaction,13 patients with neural reaction,12 patients with Respiratory reaction,8 patients with hematological reaction,9 patients with other system reaction.Conclusion ADR of ceftriaxone sodium has relationship with its dose,use time and individual difference,we should pay more attention to them so as to reduce the serious ADR.
