高校创建学习型党组织,对于学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神,提高党员干部素质,促进高校科学发展有着十分重要的意义。在高校创建学习型党组织的工作中,要构建严密有效的工作体系和运行机制:强化目标愿景的导向是前提,抓好制度建设是根本,创新学习形式和载体是重点,把组织学习与个体学习统一起来是必经之路,凸显高校特色是关键,同时需要克服形式化、运动化两种倾向,以此提高高校创建学习型党组织的针对性和实效性。
