校院二级管理体制下,实施二级学院办学效益评价,是地方性本科院校实行二级管理目标评估考核的重要组成部分,也是学校实现宏观管理的一个有效手段,符合当前我国高等教育的发展趋势。本文在分析了地方性本科院校评价二级学院办学效益的意义的基础上,对地方性本科院校评价二级学院办学效益的内涵、基础及指标体系进行了探讨。

Under the two-level management system,evaluating the school-running benefits in the affiliated colleges is an important component and effective means of the two-level management system in the local universities,which accords with the development tendency of higher education in current China.Based on the significance of school-running benefits in the affiliated colleges of local universities,the article analyses its connotations,basis and index system.
