摘要
利用B样条技术研究GaAs量子环中类氢杂质能量的量子尺寸效应.对计算结果比较看到:无磁场情况,对于|m|=0,r0<75 nm,抛物禁闭关联势可以近似作为微扰项来处理;对于|m|≥0,r0<60 nm,不可以采用微扰法.当r0>90 nm时,库仑势可以近似作为微扰项来处理,但误差很大.当磁场B增加时,类氢杂质能量的量子尺寸效应出现明显变化,当r0>90 nm时,量子环中类氢杂质能量快速上升.
Hydrogenlike impurity energy size-dependent effect in GaAs quantum ring is studied by B-spline technique.The calculated results show that in the zero magnetic field,when |m|=0 and r075 nm,parabolic potential across item can be taken as perturbation.When |m|≥1 and r060 nm,the perturbation method cannot be used.Whenr090 nm,the Coulomd potential can be taken as perturbation,but the error is large.As magnetic field strength B increases,Hydrogenlike impurity energy size-dependent effect in GaAs quantum ring changes violently.When r090 nm,the energy increases quickly as quantum ring radius r0 increases.
