摘要
采用硅胶柱、TLC等色谱技术对莪术油中倍半烯萜类成分莪术烯进行了分离提纯,经IR、NMR、MS等谱学方法确证其结构.利用13C NMR、DEPT谱及COSY、HSQC等二维谱核磁技术对莪术烯的化学位移进行了准确归属,对文献中报道的数据归属进行了修正.莪术烯的分离纯化及结构确证的研究为莪术油制剂的质量控制提供了有效数据.
A sesquiterpene substance,curzerene,is isolated from Curcuma wenyujin oil and purified by silica gel column chromatography and TLC.The chemical structure of curzerene is identified by using IR,NMR,MS spectroscopic methods.The carbon and proton signals are assigned by means of 2D NMR spect roscopy,13C NMR,DEPT and two-dimensional NMR(COSY and HSQC) spectra.Some assignments reported in previous vefereuces are also revised.The structural identification of curzerene would provide effective data for the quali-ty control of Curcuma wenyujia oil injection.
