摘要
应用Multisim电路仿真软件进行电路研究.通过对晶闸管串联电路、含晶闸管的整流电路、含非门的整流稳压电路进行仿真,得出晶闸管在无触发信号下非正常导通,集成芯片输出逻辑电平出错等错误.通过选择合适的接地点及Protues软件可改正错误结论.
The Multisim software can be used in the study of circuit simulation.Through the simulation of several typical circuits,such as thyristor in series,rectifying circuit including thyristor or NOR gate,thyristor in conduction without trigger signal or IC output logic level error is found.A method for improvement has been proposed by selecting proper ground and software Protues.
