儿童过敏性哮喘长期脱敏治疗的效果及其免疫学变化

Clinical results and immunologic changes of long-term desensitization treatment of allergic asthma in childhood

选择３０ 例螨过敏性哮喘儿童，予以螨浸液脱敏治疗２ 年，分别在１ 、２ 年后观察临床疗效和免疫学变化。结果显示：２７ 例有效，有效率为９６ ％ ，免疫学指标改变为：皮肤反应性明显降低，血清总ＩｇＥ 及特异性ＩｇＥ 降低，特异性ＩｇＧ 升高。表明长期免疫治疗对过敏性哮喘有稳固疗效。

Clinical results and immunologic changes were evaluated in 30 children with mite allergic asthmaafter one or two years at the end of acarian soak desensitization therapy for two years. Results showed that 27 cases had good results, the effective rate 96%. As to the immunologic index changes, the dermoreaction significantly decreased, and blood serum IgE and specific IgE lowered, but specific IgG increased. It indicated that clinical results of long-term immunologic therapy of allergic asthma are stable and immunologic index changes significantly.
