儿童超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞与心肌酶谱的相关分析

The analysis of correlation among hypersensitive C-reaction protein,white blood cell,neurocyte and myocardial enzyme in children

目的探讨小儿感染性疾病中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细百分比(N)检测值与心肌酶谱相关关系。方法对38例支原体肺炎、28例传染性单核细胞增多症、30例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿hs-CRP、WBC、N和心肌酶进行检测和相关分析。结果 hs-CRP与WBC、N呈正相关关系,hs-CRP、N与AST、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB均呈负相关关系。细菌感染时,hs-CRP、WBC和N升高明显,但心肌酶谱多正常或仅少数项目轻度升高,而病毒或支原体感染时,hs-CRP、WBC和N无明显升高,而心肌酶谱多广泛性升高且升幅较大。结论超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞与心肌酶谱的检测对于鉴别细菌与非细菌感染以及不同病原对心肌损害的程度起到重要指导作用。

Objective To study the correlation among hypersensitive C-reaction protein（hs-CRP）,white blood cell（WBC）,neurocyte（N） and myocardial enzyme of infectional disease in children.Methods The contents of hs-CRP,WBC count,N and myocardial enzyme of 96 patients were examined and about their analysed,These patients included 30 cases with acute purulent tonsilitis,38 cases with mycoplasmal pneumonia and 28 cases with infectious mononucleosis（IM）.Results hs-CRP and WBC,N were positive correlation.hs-CRP,N and AST,LDH,α-HBDH,CK-MB were negative correlation.hs-CRP,WBC,N increased obviously in bacterial infection but myocardial enzyme was normal or increased gently.hs-CRP,WBC,N didn′t increased in vival or mycoplasma infection,but myocardial enzyme increased extensively and obviously.Conclusion Measurements of hs-CRP,WBC,N and myocardial enzyme are helpful in differential diagnosis between bacterial and no bacterial infection.It is also valuable to judge the severe degree about cardiac muscle injury suffered from different pathogen.
