飞行人员鼻腔术后不适的观察与护理研究

Observation and nursing research after flight crew nasal cavity surgery

目的观察65例飞行人员鼻腔术后出现的不舒适症状,如头痛、头晕、流眼泪,咽干痛及胸闷、呼吸困难,失眠等,分析不舒适症状的相关因素,探讨有效的护理方法。方法筛选鼻腔局麻手术和鼻内窥镜手术、鼻腔填充油纱条、无其他并发症。结果鼻腔手术后不舒适的程度与鼻腔的解剖特点、个体差异(文化背景、社会层次、性格、年龄)有关。结论根据患者不舒适的不同特点,制定个性化的健康教育指导和心理护理干预,合理使用药物和物理方法干预,可增加患者对不舒适的耐受性,有效解决患者鼻腔手术后不舒适症状。

Objective To observe the 65 pilots of postoperative nasal who appeared uncomfortable symptoms such as headache,dizziness,runny eyes,throat pain and chest tightness,shortness of breath,insomnia,etc.To analysis related factors of uncomfortable symptoms and explore comfort nursing care. Methods Nasal surgery under local anesthesia and endoscopic sinus surgery were packed with vasoline gauze,without other no complications in patients.Results Uncomfort of nasal surgery was closely related to anatomical characteristics of the nasal cavity,individual differences,including： cultural background,social hierarchy,personality,age and so on. Conclusion According to the different characteristics of patients,to develop individualized health education and psychological care to guide intervention.The rational use of drugs and physical methods is a important link to reduce the sense of not comfort.
