摘要 岸电作为一种大气污染控制方式,正逐渐被各国认可并被不断适用。通过论述岸电的适用背景,分析岸电的适用要素,提出岸电在中国的区域性强制适用与选择性规范适用,以促进岸电这种节能环保方式在中国港口的实现与推广。 Shore-side power,which is one of the measures to control air pollution,is increasingly becoming common over the world.This article is to promote the wide use of shore-side power in China,by analyzing the background and practical points of shore-side power,and advises to take the designation of the area to use shore-side power compulsively,and the regulation of the use of shore-side power.
