摘要
在小学班级管理中实施心理健康教育,不仅是对学生全方位心育的要求,也是优化小学班级管理的必要途径。将心理健康教育运用到小学班级管理中,采取集体式或个别式对小学生进行情感、学习心理、自我认识心理、日常生活中的心理四个方面的教育,促使小学生的心理往健康方向发展,使更多的学生养成自我管理、自我约束的能力,让他们主动参与到班级的管理工作中,从而优化班级管理。
