农民工对社保制度适应程度的考察与分析——以北京市建筑行业部分农民工为例

On Conditions for Migrant Workers Adapt to the Social Security——Part of Beijing of Migrant Workers as an Example

关于农民工的社保制度的有效实施,一要有较完善的制度体系,二要有全面而得力的执行,三要有农民工对制度的较高程度的适应。当前多数建筑行业农民工处于对社保制度的不自觉或无意识适应状态;与社保制度不适应或适应不充分,导致农民工成为制度利益上的边缘人。因此,应加强对建筑行业农民工社保制度的专题培训,以提高他们对制度的适应程度。

At present the majority of migrant workers in the construction industry is not con- scious or unconscious state on the social security system; and this leads to damage their interests. Therefore, the construction industry should be strengthened the social security system and the special training for migrant workers to enhance their adaptation of the system.
