摘要
采用共水蒸馏法提取野生植物红蓼茎叶中的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)鉴定了其化学成分,采用归一化法测定了其相对含量。得到结果为:检出18个色谱峰,鉴定出13种化合物,丙烯基苯甲醚为主要成分,占挥发油总量的83.66%,其他成分占总含量的17.34%。
Wild growing plant Polygonum odentale L.volatile was extracted by water-steam distillation,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to determine its chemical component,and normalization was employed to determine its relative content.Results:18 peaks and 13 compounds given by GC-MS have been identified,and anethole was the main components,which accounts for 83.66% of the total volatile.Other components account for 17.34% of the total volatile.
