随着通信市场的新一轮融合重组,中国移动、中国联通和中国电信三足鼎立的市场格局初步形成。如何利用营销策略组合在融合重组后迅速确立行业地位,是一个非常实际的话题。本文分析了通信产品市场现状及3G时代通信行业特点,通过对中国联通现有资源的分析提出了全业务营销策略。
With a new round of integration and recombination,the market pattern of tripartite confrontation of three strong communication companies,namely China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom,has preliminarily formed.How to rapidly establish industry position using marketing strategies after the integration and recombination is a topic with practical significance.This paper analyzed the market status of communication products and the characteristics of communication industry in 3G era,and put forward the full-service marketing strategies of China Unicom based on the analysis on existing resources.
