摘要
通过对制约民营企业发展的因素分析,总结出制约我国民营企业发展的六种主要因素,找出制约发展的症结,通过转变投资方式,加强企业管理,积极履行社会责任,提高国际竞争力等方式,促进我国民营企业发展。
Based on the analysis of constraints factors of private enterprises development, the author summarized the six main following factors affecting the development of private enterprises to identify the crux of restricting the devel- opment, through changes in investment, strengthening enterprise management, and actively fulfill their social responsibility to enhance the international competitiveness etc., to promote the development of private enterprises.
