摘要
在人力资源管理逐步成为酒店竞争力核心的今天,柔性管理逐渐成为21世纪饭店管理发展的新趋势,柔性管理在人力资源中的实践应用也逐渐受到重视。文章从柔性管理本质和特征出发,论述酒店实施柔性化管理的必要性,并以上海希尔顿饭店柔性管理系统为例,论证了柔性管理在酒店人力资源配置、组合中的优势等问题。
Human resources management has gradually become the core competitiveness of today's hotel, and the flexible management has become new trends in the development of hotel management in the 21st century, which is of great importance in practice. Based on its nature and characteristics, the need for the implementation of flexible management is discussed, and taking Shanghai Hilton Hotel for example, the author demonstrates the advantages of flexible management in human resources combination.
