追加反馈对健美操技能习得过程的影响探究 被引量:2

摘要 以普通高校大学生为研究对象,运用正交实验法对追加反馈条件下健美操技能习得过程进行研究。实验结果表明:追加反馈频率是影响健美操技能学习的重要因素;说明性追加反馈—同步追加反馈—高频率追加反馈的组合在健美操技能习得过程中达到的教学效果最佳;追加反馈3个实验因素的不同水平对健美操动作学习影响:说明性追加反馈大于描述性追加反馈,同步追加反馈大于末端追加反馈,高频率反馈大于低频率反馈。 Through taking professional sports students as the research object,acquisition process of aerobics study skills was studied by the orthogonal experimental method under the condition of the additional feedback.Results show that frequency of augmented feedback is the important factor of aerobics skills,combination of explanatory augmented feedback and concurrent augmented feedback and high frequency augmented feedback are the best in teaching effect of aerobics skills.Augmented feedback influences differently three different levels of experimental factors: explanatory augmented feedback descriptive augmented feedback,concurrent augmented feedback terminal augmented feedback,high frequency feedback low frequency feedback.
