一阶导数极谱法测定红树秋茄色素中总黄酮含量 被引量:1

摘要 在pH9.18硼砂底液中,以芦丁作对照品,在峰电位Ep-1.610V(vs·SCE)处产生一灵敏的一阶导数极谱波,该极谱波的峰电流(ip)与芦丁浓度在0.06~1.2mg/L范围内呈良好的直线关系,检出限为0.023mg/L。用本方法测得红树秋茄色素中总黄酮含量为1.98%,操作简便,干扰少,结果可靠。 A sensitive first derivative polarographic wave on the dropping mercury electrode was produced at the potential of Ep-1.610V(vs.SCE)in the base solution of pH9.18 borax in which the rutin was used as a reference. Its peak current was proportional to concentration of rutin in the range of 0.06~1.2 mg/L and the detection limit was 0.023 mg/L. 1.98% of content of total flavones in Mangrove Kandelia Candel leaves were determined by this method with a reliable results,it was simple and less disturbance.
