GC Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Water with Purge and Trap

本文采用吹扫捕集进样,DB-624毛细管柱分离,FID检测器,外标法定量测定水中部分挥发性有机物,利用标准物质得到相应检出限,相对标准偏差,加标回收率。探讨实验中的一些问题并提出建议。

Twenty-five mL of sample solution were transferred to the purge and trap bottle and introduced into the instrument for GC analysis.The part of VOCs in water were separated by the DB-624 and detceted by FID .The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Detection limit, recovery and the RSD were obtained by using of the standard reference materials.Several factors tending to affect VOCs testing were described.
