摘要
磷元素的激发波长短,纯净钢中磷元素的百分含量低,准确测量存在一定难度。通过辉光放电发射光谱法对纯净钢中磷元素含量进行测定。对测定过程中分析不确定因子进行相应不确定度的评定和计算,找出影响结果最大的不确定因素。评定结果表明,辉光放电发射光谱法测定纯净钢中磷元素含量能满足分析准确度的要求,可应用于中低合金钢中低含量磷元素的快速定量分析。
The phosphorus element excitation wavelength was quite short.The phosphorus element content was lowin the clean steel,So it was difficult to accurately measure. Through the glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy method to analysis the phosphorus element content in clean steel. Evaluate the uncertainty of analysis process and carried on the corresponding computation,discover the biggest impact factor. The evaluation results indicated that the glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy method to analysis phosphorus element content in the clean steel meet the analysis accuracy request,which could be used in lowphosphorus element content of middle and low-alloy steel rapid quantitative analysis.
