细胞外基质与粘附分子——整合素 被引量:3

摘要 在为数较多的粘附分子中,对细胞与细胞外基质(ECM)粘附起着最重要的作用要数整合素。整合素是由α链和β链构成的粘附分子,目前已知有18种α链,8种β链,由此组合成20余种不同的整合素,统称为整合素家族。 不同的整合素,各自以特定的ECM为其配体,除粘附作用外,还影响细胞的形态、运动,并与细胞分化、增殖、死亡等相关。
