利用传统文化加强公安院校学生警察职业价值观教育

Enforcing Police Work-Values of Public Security University Students with Traditional Culture

正确的职业价值观可以提高学生心理健康水平,培养职业精神,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性以及对将来工作的适应性,是决定行动方向的核心。但价值观作为较高精神层面的教育由于其不能体现在实际的教学成果上,往往被学校教育工作者所忽略。可利用中国传统文化中的优秀价值观念指导学生构建职业价值观,以促进公安院校学生警察职业价值观的构建。

The correct work-values enhance psychological health,foster professional ethics,and motive positive attitude in academic studies and future adaptability in the workplace.It is the core factor that decides the orientation of the future personal development.However,aimed for higher intellectual and moral qualities,teaching of values cannot usuallyyield any result as substantial professional achievement of the educators,it is hence neglected usually.This article discussesthe idea of adopting ideas of values from traditional Chinese philosophy into the teaching of building police work-valuesand the relevant methods and approaches,in order to boost the construction of police work-values among public securityuniversity students.
