Water transport is the important economic lifeline,and gets to a new stage of development in the Ming Dynasty.Due to the important location of the Xuzhou Section in the entire north-south water transport,the government of Ming Dynasty attached great importance to the management of river and water transport in Xuzhou,which not only controled dangerous sections,cut new channels,but also set the water transport sector management,in order to ensure the safety of water transport in the North-South flow of the same time,has also had a significant impact on the development of Xuzhou city.
