摘要
根据我省大中型工业企业技术创新能力统计资料,建立了一套企业技术创新绩效的评价指标,运用因子分析法对我国30个地区的大中型工业企业的技术创新能力绩效进行了分析,运用聚类分析法对山东省内37类行业的技术创新能力进行了分类。研究发现,山东省的技术创新能力居于第四名,但是省内各行业的创新能力喜忧参半。所以,我省应该加强措施提高我省各行业的技术创新能力。
Based on large and medium industrial enterprises technological innovation statistics in Shandong province,the article sets up an evaluation index system for enterprises technological innovation performance.First,by using the factorization analysis this article analyzes China＇s 30 districts large-medium industrial enterprises＇ technological innovation performance.Then using the method of cluster analysis,this article classifies 37 industries in Shandong province according to their technological innovation capability.The study shows that technological innovation capability of Shandong province is ranked forth;however,the innovative capability of all sectors within the province is mixed.Therefore,Shandong province should strengthen measures to improve the ability of technological innovation.
