摘要
高校教师是高校开拓进取的主力军,如何激励教师的进取心和创新意识,有效地提高高校教师的工作积极性,形成教师的自我激励,自我约束,自我完善,自我发展的人力资源管理与开发的机制,是当今高校教师管理中不能忽视的问题.文章运用赫茨伯格的双因素理论,分析高等院校教师工作满意度中的保健因素与激励因素,并在此基础上制定出有效提高教师工作满意度、完善高校师资队伍建设的一般途径。
College teachers are the mainstay of pioneering and enterprising.It is a key issue how to motivate their initiative and sense of innovation and improve their work enthusiasm.The formation of teachers' self-motivation,self-discipline,self-improvement,the human resources management and development system of self-development cannot be neglected in the management of university teachers today.Using the Two-factor Theory of Herzberg,this thesis analyzes the health care mechanism and motivation factors in the teachers' job satisfaction,and develops general approach of improving the job satisfaction effectively,as well as perfecting the construction of teaching force.
