高职院校思政课教师如何以实际行动践行师德

摘要 随着我国改革开放深入贯彻与经济的快速发展,高等教育的规模在迅速扩大,如何将高职生培养成为中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,思想政治理论课教学肩负着重大责任。但目前高职生出现的一些思想行为特点,不利于思政课教学。要使思政课教学收到良好的教学效果,这就要求思政课教师具有崇高的职业道德,并将其转化为具体的实际行动,贯穿于思政课的教学过程之中。 With the deep implement of the reforming and opening up policy and fast development of economics in China,the scale of higher education are expanding rapidly.How to train higher vocational students to become qualified constructors and reliable successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,the Ideological and Political Theory Course(IPTC) instruction bears great responsibility.However,at present some thoughts and behavior characteristics of the higher vocational students are going against our IPTC instruction.In order to receive good teaching effects,the teachers of the IPTC should have high professional virtue,and put them into practice,and use them throughout the process of IPTC instruction.
