开放性肱骨髁上骨折的治疗

摘要开放性肱骨髁上骨折为肘部比较严重的创伤之一,容易产生血管、神经损伤及肘内翻及前臂缺血性肌挛缩等严重的并发症[1].本次研究就急诊手术时机、术中对血管、神经的处理和骨折的内固定方式、外固定是否需要及功能锻炼的时间对预后的影响进行探讨.现报道如下.
