男性不育患者精子形态及质量与精液白细胞的关系 被引量:2

The Relationship between WBC Concentration in Semen and Sperm Morphology and Quality in Male Infertility

摘要 目的探讨男性不育患者精子形态及质量与精液白细胞的关系。方法随机选取202例男性不育患者的精液,严格按照WHO人类精液实验手册要求检测精液质量、形态及精液中的白细胞。结果 202例不育患者中有58例(占28.7%)精液中的白细胞>1×106个/ml,设为白细胞精子组,其余144例(占71.3%)患者精液中白细胞≤1×106个/ml,设为非白细胞精子组。白细胞精子症组患者精液与非白细胞精子症组患者比较在精子密度、精子活动率方面明显降低,液化时间明显增加(P<0.05);白细胞精子症组形态正常精子所占比例明显低于非白细胞精子症组(P<0.05),并且精液白细胞与正常形态精子率呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论男性不育患者的精液白细胞增多影响精子质量和精子形态的正常。 Objective To investigate the relationship between WBC concentration in semen and sperm morphology and quality in male infertility. Methods The sperm morphology,quality and WBC concentration in semen from 220 semen samples were analyzed according to WHO laboratory manual for the examination of human semen. Results The sperm concentration,the percentage of motile spermatozoa and sperm with normal morphology in leukocytospermic group were both significantly lower than those in nonleukocytospermi-c group(P 0.05) . The sperm liquefaction time in leukocytospermic group was significantly longer than that in leukocytospermic group(P 0.05) . Leukocyte in semen and the percentage of morphologically normal sperm presented the negative correlativity(P 0.05) . Conclusion Excessively high WBC concentration in semen can affect sperm morphology and quality in male infertility.
