摘要
按照褥疮四期分期法,针对肾功能衰竭患者带入Ⅰ～Ⅳ褥疮进行不同的伤口处理,使用新的护理手段进行干预,取得良好的临床护理效果,使治愈率达到83.3%,有效率达到100%。
In accordance with 4 stages of bedsores,renal failure patients withⅠ ～ Ⅳ bedsores were given different wound treatment,and were used the new means of nursing intervention. The good clinical care and effects were achieved,so that the cure rate reached 83.3%,the efficiency rate reached 100%.
