摘要
为今后支气管哮喘的气道内给药或转基因治疗提供一种有肺组织靶向性的特异载体,以二油酰磷脂酰乙醇胺、胆固醇、油酸为原料,以沙美特罗(Salmeterol)作为肺组织靶向装置,应用反相蒸发法,成功地构建了一种有肺组织靶向性的脂质体运载系统,孩脂质体能被大鼠肺脏摄取.提示抄美特罗靶向脂质体是一种有潜力的呼吸系统药物和基因载体。
In order to develop a specific vector available for the intratracheal drug or gene delivery inthe management of bronchial asthma, Salmeterol lungr-targeting liposomes which is made fromdioleoyl phosphatidylethanolamine,cholesterol,and oleic acid,and with salmeterol as a homing devicewas successfully constructed by means of reverse-phase evaporation method.Furthermore,liposomesabsorbed by SD strain rat lungs were detected.It is concluded that Salmeterol lungs-targetingliposomes may be a potential vector available for an effective intratracheal drug or gene delivery.
