听神经瘤伽玛刀治疗

Gamma knife Treatment of Acoustic Neurinoma

目的：研究γ-刀治疗脑听神经瘤的效果．方法：对64例γ-刀术后听神经瘤患者随访2．5年，定期MR复查及神经系统检查．结果：肝癌中央增强密度区消失占82．8％（53／64），肿瘤生长控制率（95．3％），有用听力保留率54．2％（13／24）．结论：对于无手术适应症或拒绝手术的听神经瘤患者γ-刀治疗无疑是值得选择的治疗方法．

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ganuna knife treatment of acoustic neurinoma.Methods:64 cases of patients with acoustic neurinoma were followed up for 2.5 years after Gamma knife treat-ment,MR and neural spstem were exandned regularly.Results:The disappeared rate of central enhanceregion was 82.8%, the conrol rate of tumor growth was 95.3%, the preserve rate of useful hearing of54.2%. Conclusion:Gamma knife treatment is valuable to the patients with acoustic neurinoma, whohave no surgical indications or refusing to surgery.
