α-AR阻滞剂阿呋唑嗪与四喃唑嗪治疗前列腺增生症的对比分析

An Analysis of α-AR Retarder Terazosin and Tamsulosin in Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

1997年至1998年间我院应用选择性α1受体阻滞剂阿呋唑嗪（Terazosin）与超选择性α1a受体阻滞剂四喃唑嗪（Tamsulosin）治疗前列腺增生症154例，总结两药治疗前后IPSS评分，尿流率变化，残留尿变化及副反应情况，对比分析，认为超选择性α1a受体阻滞剂在治疗前列腺增生症上有一定优越性．

In 1997,154 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with Terazosin (electiveα-AR retarder) and Temsulosin (ultraselective α1a-AR retarder).IPSS mark,urine discharge,residualurine and the side reaction of the two medicines were observed and compared.It showe thatTemsulosin is more effective on the disease.
