摘要 目的:探讨IDDM患者C肽(CP)水平与糖尿病慢性并发症的相关性.方法:1993年至1998年在本院住院的IDDM患者共46例,均伴有各种糖尿病慢性并发症,用放免法[1]侧定空腹、餐后C肽水平及记录各种慢性并发症发生时间.用SAS软件包分析两者的关系.结果:IDDM患者C肽水平与糖尿病慢性并发症的发病时间里正相关.结论:IDDM患者体内残留C脱水平越高,糖尿病慢性并发症的出现超迟.体内C肽可能对IDDM患者病情的发展及各种慢性并发症的出现有作用. Obijective: To study the relationship of plasma C-peptide levels in 46 cases of IDDMpatients with chronic complications of diabetes.Methods:plasma C-peptide were estimated by RIA.Results:The relationship between C-peptide levels and tempoccurrence of chronic complications ofdiabetes is positive correlation.Conclusion:The higher plasma C-peptide levels in Type 1 diabetic pa-tients,the later chronic complications of diabetes happen.The inner C-peptide may be useful forderelopment of IDDM and appearance of various chronic complications of diabetes.
