摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济得到了快速发展,但随之各种矛盾也凸显出来,特别是民生问题已经成为社会稳定和经济社会发展的关键因素。把群众关心的热点问题作为自己的工作重点,随时了解群众的呼声,倾听群众的意见,体察群众疾苦,构建"以民为本"的服务型政府,是当今社会体制转型期政府职能转变的必然选择。
Since reform and opening,China has experienced rapid economic development,but the various contradictions has been prominent along,especially the people＇s livelihood and social stability has become a key factor in economic and social development.The Government should care about the hot issues of the masses as their own focus of the work,keep abreast of the masses,listen to their views,understand their sufferings,and build ＂people-based＂ service-oriented government,which is the inevitable choice.
