摘要
2010年上半年,在我国的多家大型外资企业内部频繁发生了员工跳楼事件和集体罢工事件,文化冲突达到了白炙化程度。如何消融不同文化的冲突,通过有效、有力的跨文化管理以达到跨文化的参与及融合,促进在华外资企业的健康、长效发展,已成为所有在华外资企业面临的一个重要课题。
In the first half of the year 2010,some overseas-owned enterprises were faced with a great number of suicides and strikes,which means a high degree of culture conflict.The overseas-owned enterprises have to find appropriate methods to soothe the conflicts and to foster healthy development of the enterprises through efficient cross-culture management that is based on participating and merging of different cultures,which is also the topic of the article.
