国有企业对我国经济增长贡献的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis of State-owned Enterprises' Contribution to National Economy Growth

对国有企业和我国经济增长的相关性的实证分析表明,国有及国有控股企业工业增加值的增长与GDP之间存在双向的因果关系,我国国有企业对经济增长的贡献巨大。不能片面强调国有企业从竞争性领域退出,要通过全员激励约束机制建设推动国有企业改革的深化。

The empirical analyses of the relativity between state-owned enterprises and national economy growth show that the growth of state-owned and state holding companies＇increased value demonstrates bilateral relationship of cause and effect with GDP and our state-owned enterprises contribute greatly to national economy growth.Therefore,we should not stress the withdrawal of state-owned enterprises from competitive fields,however,we should deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises by means of establishing incentive restriction mechanism.
