摘要
我国产业集群的发展普遍处于初级阶段,合作营销保障机制的缺失使得产业集聚的优势得不到充分发挥。实现产业集群集体效率应在具备成员的不对称收益、选择性激励、贸易网络以及有效的承诺和信任存在的前提条件下,构造激励机制、交流机制、竞争机制,来保证集体效率的实现。
The development of industrial cluster in China is generally in its early period and the deficiency of cooperative marketing security mechanism leads to the way not enough to give full play to the advantages of industrial agglomeration.The collective efficiency for the industrial cluster,on the premise of the existence of asymmetric income,selective incentives,trade network,and the effective promise and trust,can be realized through the construction of incentive mechanism,exchange mechanism and competitive mechanism for the guarantee of the collective efficiency realization.
