摘要
文章通过对顶底复吹转炉与顶吹转炉的冶金效果的对比,结合生产实际,讨论顶底复吹转炉在加强钢液搅拌、促进渣钢反应平衡、降低渣中氧化铁含量、降低氧耗、降低终点磷、降低铁合金单耗、缩短冶炼周期、降低钢中气体含量、降低碳氧积、提高终点残锰、提高钢水的收得率等方面的优势。
By contrast the top - bottom - blown converter with the top - blown converter, the paper discusses on a series aspects, such as strengthening the molten steel agitation, reaction balance in the dreg steel, reduction of iron oxide in slag, consumed oxygen, the end point phosphorus, ferroalloy consumption, smelting period, gas content in steel, c - o product, end point remnat manganese, and recovery rate of molten steel.
