摘要
近年小区群体工程开发成为主流趋势,现场的组织协调难度也在加大,而市场行为的主要目的是效益最大化,因此业主代表的现场造价控控制至关重要。文章结合实际工作从几方面对如何做好现场造价控制进行阐述。
Considering that the enginineering development of building colony region has become the main trend,the spot coordination gradually become difficult,and the main purpose of market behaviour is efficiency maximization,so it is essential important to control the spot cost.The paper expounds the spot cost controlling from some aspects in practice.
