摘要
文章主要从我国民营企业及特点为切入点,剖析我国民营企业薪酬管理缺陷,并提出了解决方案,为民营企业薪酬管理提供参考。
Proceeding from the characteristics of privately owned enterprises,the paper analyses the shortages of salary management in privately owned enterprises,and proposes resolving suggestion,to provide reference for privately owned enterprises.
