摘要
文章从电子签名的内涵入手,以《电子签名法》为依据,阐述了电子签名的适用范围,分析了电子签名和电子认证的关系,并就电子签名对合同成立的意义进行了深入的探讨。
Starting with the intention of electronic signature,and based on the law of electronic signature,the paper expounds the suitable range for electronic signature,analyses the relationship between electronic signature and electronic confirmation,and deeply discusses the significance of electronic signature for the contract going into effect.
