摘要
从基础设施、信息资源建设和软件服务体系等几个方面对农业信息化现状以及存在的问题进行了探讨,提出建设少数民族语言的农业信息资源库和相关服务体系的初步设想和建议。
The current situation and existing problems of ICT application in agriculture and rural areas were discussed in several aspects of the infrastructure,information resource construction and software service system etc.And the preliminary ideas and suggestions on constructing agricultural information resources database in minority languages and related service system were proposed.
