Discussion on the Construction of University Library Resource in the New Environment

分析了高校图书馆文献资源建设的内外环境,提出了新环境下文献资源建设的共享、特色、开放、质量控制与集团采购五项原则。

In this paper,with an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environments for the resource construction in university libraries,the following five principles were proposed： resource sharing,featured resource,opening-up,quality control and group purchases.
