动漫产业被誉为21世纪最具发展潜力的朝阳产业之一。近年来,辽宁动漫产业发展迅猛,取得了巨大的成就。但对辽宁动漫产业发展现状进行分析后发现仍存在诸多问题。在世界经济格局重新调整的契机下,实施有效的发展战略是辽宁动漫游戏产业发展的根本保证。
