摘要
为了快速、准确地计算出大型注水系统中各相应管段中的流量及压力,提出了简化大型注水系统的模型,选取最具代表性的子系统,根据管段的能量平衡方程建立普遍适用的管网水力计算模型,采用牛顿迭代法求解,其计算精度高.利用该算法对新疆石油管理局703泵站的第6条主干线中的流量及压力进行计算,得流量的绝对误差均值为1.34×10-4m3/s,水头压力绝对误差均值0.749 80 m,比查表推算法的精度高出21%.
In order to quickly and accurately calculate the pressure and flow in the corresponding pipes in large scale water injection systems,the author proposes a predigest model of a large-scale water-injection-system,with the most representational subsystem selected.A universal calculation-model of the hydraulic pipe-net is established according to the pipeline energy-equilibrium equation,whose solution is obtained by adopting Newton iteration,which is of high accuracy.The algorithm is applied to the sixth backbone of 703 pumping station in Xinjiang Petroleum Administration.Its absolute error mean of flow and pressure in the corresponding pipeline is 1.34×10-4 m3/s and 0.749 80 m respectively.The accuracy of the algorithm is 21% higher than that of the deductive method.
