摘要
针对液压缸结构中应力集中部位设计过程中,常常依据设计者的经验设计而无法进行精确的结构优化问题进行了研究.对给定的缸体典型结构采用有限元分析方法进行了应力分析,得到壁厚与法兰过渡部位为应力集中部位,通过选取壁厚对应多种法兰过渡圆角半径,对比应力分布状况,最终给出了模型不同缸体壁厚与法兰最优圆弧半径间的对应数值,对这类结构下的优化设计提供了有力的依据.
The paper discusses the problem that the position of stress concentrtion in a hydraulic cylinder is often designed by the designers' experience and therefore can not be optimized accurately.For the given typical structure of a cylinder,its stress is analyzed by using the finite element method,showing that the stress conceatration is located in the transitional area.The comparison of the stress distributions is then made by selecting the wall thinkness corresponding to different transitional radii.The corresponding values of different wall thinknesses with the optimal radii of flange fransition area in the model is finally obtained,which offers a strong basis for optimizing the design of such structures.
