摘要
针对铝阳极氧化层封孔剂封孔效果差,氧化层使用寿命短的问题,在分析阳极氧化微孔形成机理的基础上,提出了F-,Ni2+在微孔中形成络合物的设想,以保证微孔能够完全封闭.通过化学计量,染色法,极化曲线法,筛选出工业纯铝的阳极氧化膜封孔剂的最佳工艺配方Ni2+浓度为1.1 g/L,Ni2+与F-比为177/228,pH为6,温度28℃,封孔时间15 min.对封孔后的试样进行扫描电镜分析发现,氧化膜表面没有发现微孔.在中性NaCl介质中进行动电位扫描极化,维钝区的电位范围在-1.5~0.5 V,耐蚀性好.
For the short service life of aluminium anodic oxide coating caused by ineffective sealing,the growth mechanism of coatings was analyzed.An assumption was put forward that F-and Ni2+could generate a complex compound in the micropore to ensure sealing quality.Stoichiometry,colour staining and polarization curve were employed to get the optimum sealing agent and process.The best technical condition is as follows: Ni2+content is 1.1g/L,mass ratio of Ni2+and F-is 177/228,pH value is 6,the sealing temperature is 28℃ and the sealing time is 15 min.It was found by the SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy) that there was no nano-pore observed in the sealed anodic oxide coating.And the voltage scanning polarization in neutral NaCl solution showed its better corrosion resistance and that its passivation voltage was in the range of-1.5~0.5V.
