缓解期癔症患者MMPI人格特征对照研究

A study of personality characters in remission of hysteria with MMPI

目的探讨缓解期癔症患者明尼苏达多相人格测验个性特征及性别之间的差异。方法应用MMPI测试软件对75例病情缓解期癔症患者及年龄、性别、婚姻、受教育年限等方面相匹配的健康对照组,分别进行测试,记录基本量表各因子的得分,并进行统计学分析。结果缓解期癔症患者组MMPI基本量表各因子与对照组比较,除L和Mf外其他各因子之间均有统计学显著性差异(P<0.01)。男女癔症患者MMPI基本量表各因子比较,女性患者F(69.94±16.31),Pa(65.82±13.15),Pt(64.21±11.66),Sc(66.76±13.19),Ma(61.26±8.77)量表分显著高于男性患者F(56.88±10.41),Pa(56.93±13.19),Pt(58.10±11.47),Sc(58.49±11.43),Ma(56.93±8.27)(P<0.01)。结论缓解期癔症患者MMPI个性特征较正常对照组仍有显著偏离,男女患者个性偏离程度差异显著,女性患者侧重于精神病性因子分偏高。

Objective To explore the personality characters （MMPI）in patients with remission of hysteria . Methods A total of 75 patients with remission of hysteria were tested with MMPI , compared with normal controls . ResultsExcept L and Mf scores, all other factor scores of MMPI in patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls（P 〈0.01 ）. Factor scores of F（69.94± 16.31 vs 56.88 ± 10.41 ）, Pa（65.82 ± 13.15 vs 56.93± 13.19 ）, Pt （64.21±11.66 vs 58.10 ± 11.47）, Se （66.76±13.19 vs 58.49 ±11.43 ） and Ma（61.26 ± 8.77 vs 56.93 ± 8.27） in female patients were significantly higher than that of male patients （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The MMPI characteristics of patients with remission of hysteria are different from the normal people, and there are different between female and male patients. The female patients has higher psychiatric score.
