乡村医生的MMPI测试结果分析

目的了解乡村医生的心理健康状况,发现其可能存在的心理问题。方法采用宋维真修订的《明尼苏达多项个性调查表(MMPI)》对84名乡村医生进行测试,并将其资料进行总体和个体分析。结果男乡村医生说谎量表(L)、诈病量表(F)、精神病态量表(Pa)原始分均显著低于中国常模原始分(P<0.01),其精神衰弱量表(Pt)、社会内向(Si)原始分显著高于中国常模原始分(P<0.01);女乡村医生说谎量表(L)、诈病量表(F)原始分均显著低于中国常模原始分(P<0.05),其癔症量表(Hy)原始分显著高于中国常模原始分(P<0.05)。结合两点峰分析,存在以下两点编码类型:27/72(14%)、13/31(5%)、23/32(3%)、12/21(3%)、47/74(3%)型。结论乡村医生中不少人存在某种程度的人格偏离或心理问题,主要表现为焦虑性障碍、抑郁性障碍、强迫性障碍及躯体化障碍。因此,应对乡村医生进行心理学知识的培训及有针对性的心理辅导。

Objective To study the psychological state of doctors in rural areas, and find the existing psychological problems. Methods The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI） revised by Song Weizhen was used to evaulate 84 rural doctors. Results The raw scores in lie scale （L） , malingering scale （F） and psychopathy scale （Pa） of the male rural doctors were significantly lower than the national norms （P 〈 0.01 ） ,while the raw scores of psy- chasthenia Scale （Pt） and introversion （Si） were significantly higher than the national norms （P 〈 0.01 ）. The raw scores of lie scale （L） and malingering scale （F） in the female rural doctors were significantly lower than the national norms （ P 〈 0. 0 5 ） , while the raw score of Hysteria scale （ Hy ） was significantly higher than the national norm （ P 〈 0.05）. Combined analysis of the two peaks could see encoding type of the following two points： 27 / 72 （ 14% ） , 13/31 （5%）, 23 / 32 （3%）, 12 / 21 （3%）, 47 / 74 （3%） types. Conclusion Among village doctors, there have some degree of personality deviation or psychological problems, mainly manifested as anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, obsessive- compulsive disorder, and somatization disorder. Therefore, psychology training and targeted psychological counseling should be given to the doctors in rural areas.
